<br />The Commission's staff has reviewed the reports and reconuIlcnda-
<br />tiol1s-in the light of yo.rio\ls st\H.hcs made in eonnect.ion wit,h problems
<br />of t,he Missouri River Basin. While. there has been no opportunity for
<br />detmled study of the. projects presently suggestel). fo,' inclusion in
<br />t~e comprehensive plan, the stuff imlicates thut it is ill general accord
<br />wlt,h the recommcndations as providing a hro~\(l bnsis.for improyerncut
<br />of the basin. The staff properly points vut that t.he details mllst, of
