Column no. 16 is a tentative allooation of the proposed supplell1ental <br />supply to t e various distriots. Column no. 18 is the estimated usable return' <br />flow that w uld arise frClll the addition of 310.000 aore-feet of new water to <br />this area. Column no. 19 is the total usable supplemental supply amounting to <br />554,520 aor -feet, an amount within 5 peroent of the 10..year average shortage. <br />Xhe sale or rental 01' supplemental water, when available, in the Poudre Valley <br />has average $4.50 per aore-foot over a period of years.
