Palladino, Chairman, called the meeting to <br /> <br /> <br />order at 9:00 a.m. September 21, 1984 in the Conference Room of the <br /> <br /> <br />Quality Inn, San Francisco, California. <br /> <br />Introductions <br /> <br />Self-introductions were made by each participant. A list of those ln <br />attendance is shown on page B-3. <br /> <br />Approval of 83-1 Minutes <br /> <br />The minutes of the 83-1 meeting, held September 14-15, 1983 in Salt <br />Lake City, Utah were approved as submitted. <br /> <br />Executive Subcommittee Report <br /> <br />Phillip Frank Dunn, Chairman, presented the Executive Subcommittee <br /> <br /> <br />report. There were three subcommittee meetings held during the past year <br /> <br />- two in Las Vegas, Nevada in December and April, respectively, and one in <br /> <br />San Francisco on September 20, 1984. Nineteen people attended the <br /> <br /> <br />September 20 meeting, representing four federal agencies and six states. <br /> <br />Mr. Dunn reported on the success of the Subcommittee's continuing <br /> <br /> <br />efforts to improve communication and coordination with the Colorado River <br /> <br /> <br />Forecasting Service (CRFS) Technical Committee and the request for the <br /> <br /> <br />U.S. Forest Service (USFS) to prepare a plan of study for water <br /> <br />augmentation through vegetative and snowpack managpnent.
