Meeting Number Meeting Date Location 120th 121st October 14-16, 1987 May 12-13. 1988 Denver, Colorado Ft. Gibson, Oklanoma The 120th and 121st meetings consisted o~ one ~ull day and one hal~ day sessions. Both meetings were scheduled and coordinated by the Administrative Committee in cooperation with the AWRBIAC member representing ~he host state. The details o~ each meeting were recorded in the.minutes which were prepared by the Secretary and distributed to the members, participants, Congressmen and Senators o~ the AWRBIAC states, and other interested individua1s~ Prepared papers, standing committee reports, ~ive-minute reports on current activities o~ the state and ~ederal agencies, and other pertinent documents were appended to the minutes. Administrative Committee The Ad..inistrative Committee met on two occasions durin9 the reporting period. The co....ittee ~or..ulated the meeting agendas. selected meeting sites. reviewed correspondence, and responded to other related AWRDIAC inquiries. Minutes o~ the .eetings were included as an appendix to the regular AWR8IAC minutes. Standina Co.mittees: Exchanae o~ Proara. Information Co.mittee.The Exchange o~ Program In~or.ation Co..ittee (EPIC) was active during ~iscal yeDr 1988. The com.ittee met and discussed WDYS that the EPIC report could be expanded or .odi~ied to provide better service to the AWRBIAC. Environ.ental Resources Committee. The Environmental Resources Co....ittee was active in fiscal year 1988 and ..et on two occasions. Questions on water quality were discussed in terms of the nonpoint source pollution and the status of work e~~orts by the Environmental Protection Agency and the United States Department of Agriculture.
