Gibson, Oklanoma <br /> <br />The 120th and 121st meetings consisted o~ one ~ull day and <br />one hal~ day sessions. Both meetings were scheduled and <br />coordinated by the Administrative Committee in cooperation <br />with the AWRBIAC member representing ~he host state. The <br />details o~ each meeting were recorded in the.minutes which <br />were prepared by the Secretary and distributed to the <br />members, participants, Congressmen and Senators o~ the <br />AWRBIAC states, and other interested individua1s~ Prepared <br />papers, standing committee reports, ~ive-minute reports on <br />current activities o~ the state and ~ederal agencies, and <br />other pertinent documents were appended to the minutes. <br /> <br />Administrative Committee <br /> <br />The Ad..inistrative Committee met on two occasions durin9 the <br />reporting period. The co....ittee ~or..ulated the meeting <br />agendas. selected meeting sites. reviewed correspondence, <br />and responded to other related AWRDIAC inquiries. Minutes <br />o~ the .eetings were included as an appendix to the regular <br />AWR8IAC minutes. <br /> <br />Standina Co.mittees: <br /> <br />Exchanae o~ Proara. Information Co.mittee.The Exchange o~ <br />Program In~or.ation Co..ittee (EPIC) was active during <br />~iscal yeDr 1988. The com.ittee met and discussed WDYS that <br />the EPIC report could be expanded or .odi~ied to provide <br />better service to the AWRBIAC. <br /> <br />Environ.ental Resources Committee. The Environmental <br />Resources Co....ittee was active in fiscal year 1988 and ..et <br />on two occasions. Questions on water quality were discussed <br />in terms of the nonpoint source pollution and the status of <br />work e~~orts by the Environmental Protection Agency and the <br />United States Department of Agriculture.
