<br />tional l:Joorrliuy near San Illis, Arizona, and 3) Welltoll-M:tJawlt drainage waters measured at the
<br />sootherly international l:Joorrliuy. It is the sum of Collmll'lS (1) + (5).
<br />Arizona's Wellton-+bhawlt District drainage water. '1hi.s water is desd1arged to the Santa Clara
<br />slough in Mexi= via a =ncrete lined canal.
<br />Excess arrivals other than Wellton-Moha.wk drainage. It is the sum of: 1) a delivery of aboot
<br />5,000 a.f. per year to ensure that Mexico receives what is scheduled, 2) releases fran Parker
<br />Dam which are not used due to unexpected rainfall in the Palo Verde, Coac:hella, IITperial, am
<br />Yuma areas, 3) =ntrolled flood releases on the Gila and Colorado River, and 4) local. runoff.
