<br />the reservoirs, so I IIfl.de a trip out to the Nee-~-She and Nee-Skah to
<br />check the GHs yesterday, but the waves were too hir;h to r;et a readin:.

<br />lie had about 47,492 acre feet G1f water in Caddoa Reservoir,
<br />when we started this run onthe 12til., and yesterday, 36,783 acre feet,
<br />so durina; this time, we have used only about 10,709 acre feet, plus
<br />what Itttle in-flow there has been, sO it now looks, as if on next
<br />Saturday, 18y 1st., when this run will ilave ended, that we will still
<br />have quite a lot of water left in the reservoir, probably better than
<br />.20,OeO acre feet. .And with this anount of wat er on hand, would Q~ DOt
<br />be advisable to cont inue tile runnin:; of this wat er, in increased heads,
<br />for the ditches of both states, as the SIlOWf'ater will probably be
<br />startiI"~ shortly after the l'Liddl~ of May?
