The records and computations as approved by the Commissioner from Colorado are <br />reproduced on pages 21-23. The records and computations as approved by the Commissioner <br />from Texas are reproduced on pages 24-26. <br /> <br />The delivery of water in the Rio Grande at the Colorado-New Mexico State line was <br />obtained from the record of streamflow near Lobatos, Colorado; the scheduled delivery was <br />computed as prescribed in Article III. <br /> <br />The delivery of water by New Mexico to Elephant Butte was computed from the record of <br />streamflow below Elephant Butte Dam and the record of operation of Elephant Butte Reservoir; <br />the scheduled delivery was computed as prescribed in the Resolution of the Commission adopted <br />at the Ninth Annual Meeting held February 22-24, 1948, and published in this report. <br /> <br />The actual release from Project Storage during the year was measured at gaging stations <br />below Caballo Dam. During 1996 the New Mexico and Texas Commissioners found that the <br />actual release of usable water was 775,500 acre-feet. Also, the New Mexico Commissioner found <br />that the actual release of water Included 3,300 acre-feet of release in excess of current demand. <br />The Colorado Commissioner found that the actual release of usable water was 770,700 acre-feet <br />and that 4,800 acre-feet of usable water was spilled. <br /> <br />'-' <br /> <br />
