<br />Be it Further Resolved:
<br />
<br />That the gaging stations at San Acacia and San Marcial be, and the same are
<br />hereby abandoned for Compact purposes,
<br />
<br />Be it Further Resolved:

<br />That this Resolution has been passed unanimously and shall be effeetive Jan-
<br />uary I, 1949, if within 120 days from this date the Commissioner for each State
<br />shall have received from the Attorney General of the State represented by him,
<br />an opinion approving this Resolution, and shall have so advised the Chairman
<br />of the Commission, otherwise, to be of no force and effect.

<br />"The Chairman announced that he had received, pursuant to the Resolution

<br />Texas that the substitution of stations and measurements of deliveries by New
<br />Mexico set forth in said resolution was within the powers of the Commission"),
