For study purposes demands on the river have been estab-

First - Existing decrees (the measure of this demand is

assumed to be the sum of Miller Creek, Highland,

Oak Ridge Park and Old Agency ditches).

Second - Fish flows (30 c.f.s. each fork).

Third - piceance Creek Pipeline (70 c.f.s. in irrigation

t~ season; 35 c.f.s. balance of year) .

Fourth - Rocky Mountain Power Company (all water available

at MeadeWB Reservoir site).

Fifth - Yellow Jacket Project.

Existing decrees are a demand first on the North Fork, next

on South Fork inflow below Meadows, and third on South Fork inflow

above Meadows.
