<br />(2). Total Colorado River waters reaching Mexico. It is the sum of: 1) Colorado River water rreasured
<br />at the northerly inte:mational l:oundary, 2) drainage waters treasured at the southerly interna-
<br />tional l:oundary near San Luis, Arizona, and 3) Wellton-Mohawk drainage waters treasured at the
<br />southerly inte:mational l:oundary. It is the sum of ColLUlU1S (1) + (5).
<br />(3). Arizona's Wellton-Mohawk District drainage water. This water is descharged to the Santa Clara
<br />slough in Mexico via a concrete lined canal.
<br />(4). Excess arrivals other than Wellton-Mohawk drainage. It is the swn of: 1) a delivery of aJ::out
<br />5,000 a. f. per year to ensure that Mexico receives what is scheduled, 2) releases frcm Parker
<br />Dam which are not used due to unexpected rainfall in the Palo Verde, Coachella, Irrperial, and
<br />Yurra areas, 3) controlled flcxxl releases on the Gila and Colorado River, and 4) local runoff.
