<br />Jencsok <br /> <br />Meyring <br /> <br />Hamill <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />study on the 15 mile reach and using that as a basis <br />for appropriation based on the Board's criteria and <br />we support getting this committee working <br />methodology. <br /> <br />Tom when you say the water availability study <br />on the Yampa are you assuming that the Juniper and <br />Cross Mountain water rights are developed and are not <br />available or that are in part transferable to the <br />Board and are in part available? <br /> <br />I would guess that we would probably do it both ways <br />to see what is available for appropriation under <br />__ perhaps three ways-one certain level of <br />developments of the Juniper Cross rights which is <br />what the River District now with this <br />subordination. Then perhaps another scenario in <br />which there would be full development. Lets assume <br />that the River District and are not <br />going give up their rights to the Juniper Cross water <br />rights, that would be another scenario, perhaps a <br />third scenario would be some or an assumption that <br />the Juniper Cross rights would be donated <br />or sold or leased to the recovery program so that <br />they would be available for instream flow <br />appropriation for some kind of an arrangement whereby <br />the water rights would be used for instream <br />flow purposes.
