We urge you to renew our allocation, To the extent that we can <br />cooperate with you in any fashion toward that end, please do not hesitate to <br />get in touch with us, We would especially like to discuss with you or your <br />staff further such contract options as 70% load factor, firming purchases of <br />capacity as well as energy and marketing of federal load requirement with a with- <br />drawable or recapturable basis. <br /> <br />We are members of both IEDA and CREDA and we urge you to continue to <br />work with these organizations to explore contract options that can assist the <br />smaller preference customer in meeting its load requirements, Of particular <br />interest to us is the possibility of Western offering an option to its customers <br />for the delivery of power up to a 70% load factor, The additional energy <br />supplied over a 58.2% load factor delivery rate could be charged to the <br />customers ar an additional incremental cost, if any, <br /> <br /> <br />Of additional concern to us is that marketing of capacity be sold on <br />f 75% exceedance value with an option being offered to CRSP customers <br />tea t~onal ca ac~t Dove a verse er c nditions on a <br />asis or for Western tc firm up the contingent capacity for its <br /> <br />21 <br />
