Water stored in Bear Creek Lake pursuant to <br />Lakewood's junior water storage right, which is the subject of <br />a pending application in Case No. 83CW314. <br />ii. Laramie-Fox Hills nontributary groundwater <br />decreed to the Genessee Well in Case No. W-8160-76 (Permit No. <br />1-015816-F), now owned by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, <br />and to be used by Lakewood pursuant to agreement with the <br />Corps. <br /> <br />iii. Laramie-Fox Hills and Arapahoe groundwater <br />below the City of Lakewood, as adjudicated to Lakewood in Case <br />No. 79CW368 by decrees dated October 1, 1987 and December 12, <br />~989, reapectively. <br />iv. Replacement water available to Lakewood by <br />virtue of it effluent lease with the Denver Board of Water <br />Commissioners, dated June 20, 1989. <br />v. Water diverted from Bear Creek and its <br />tributaries pursuant to the water right that is described in <br />Section III of this Application. <br />vi. Water made available to Lakewood p~rsuant <br />to the change of the Subject Water Rights. <br /> <br />-7- <br />
