Obiectives of Study <br /> <br />(1) Provide an extensive update of the Missouri River <br /> <br /> <br />Basin Water Resources Plan of August 1977 for <br /> <br /> <br />water and related land resources in the basin and <br /> <br /> <br />includes a final environmental impact statement. <br /> <br /> <br />The plan and environmental impact statement were <br /> <br /> <br />developed through a cooperative planning process <br /> <br /> <br />involving all state and Federal members of the <br /> <br /> <br />commission. The plan was prepared under the <br /> <br /> <br />direction of the commission's Planning Committee. <br /> <br /> <br />A Board staff member served on the Planning <br /> <br /> <br />Committee. <br /> <br />9.
