reports, from time to time, of the status of investigations and plans for water
development in Colorado when called upon by the Co~~ttee and to aid the Com-
mittee by attendance, when requested, at its meeting and otherwise.
3. The Committee may create such sub-committees, from time to
time, as seems necess0ry and desirable to car~J on its work.

4. The Committee shall report to the Colorado .later Conservation Board,

from time to time, and as required by the 30ard. The findings and decisions of

the Committee shall be advisory in character only and shall not constitute State

policy or the formulation of State water proGrams until adopted, or revised and

adopted by the Colorado later Conservation Joard.

5. It shall be the function of the Policy and Review Advisory

Committee:

(a) To aid in expediting the water surveys, studies and investi-

gations by the Bureau of i~clam~tion and other federal agencies.

(b) To study and review federal water project reports and investi-

gations.

(c) To aid in the integration of the activities of ReGion 4, 5 and

7 of the Bureau of Reclamation.

(d) To aid in the integration of the water activities of federal

departments, bureaus and R~encies in the State of Colorado.

(e) To aid in the integration of plans for the utilization of the

use of Coloraclo River 'iHlter in Color2.do within and outside of

the natural basin.

(f) To recommend policies and proceciures ;rith rest)ect to the use in

Colorado of the State Share of Colorado ~ver water, to the end

that there may be progressively formulated, through findin;s and
