.

.

.

.

~
, 0'

Reservoir Storaqe Scenarios

Three alternative reservoir storage scenarios shall be
evaluated:

A. 305 a.f. of storage space made available for Indian
Hills. Genesee. Evergreen and Morrison in the 1989 a.f.
permanent pool.

B. 305 a.f. of storage space made available in the
permanent pool as in A. and an additional 1920 a.f. of
space made available for Evergreen. Morrison. Mt.
Carbon and Lakewood in what is now the flood control
pool.

C. 2225 a.f. of storage space made available for all
entities solely in what is now the flood control pool.

Under the above reservoir storage scenarios. storage
accounts and evaporation loss accounts are set up for each
entity. Separate accounts for evaporation losses within the
flood control pool will enable each entity to fully utilize the
space requested for augmentation requirements.

A simple accounting procedure shall be used to account for
the storeable inflows. releases to the river. and evaporation
losses. The diagrams below illustrate the reservoir content
scenarios.

-2-
