<br />Furnished herewith is subject document by direction of the AWRBIAC members
<br />convened at the Seventy-Third Meeting, Wichita, Kansas, on October 22, 1970.
<br />At that meeting the AWRBIAC members formally adopted a set of revised and
<br />updated Articles of Organization and Procedure for implementation of its
<br />recently amended Charter. The Committee also directed that the Articles
<br />of Organization and Procedure be published under one cover with the Charter
<br />of AWRBIAC as amended. Suggested changes to the Charter were adopted by
<br />the AWRBIAC at the Sixty-Ninth Meeting, Rolla, Missouri, October 30, 1969.
<br />The Charter, with suggested changes, was subsequently sent to the Water
<br />Resources .Council, Washington, D. C., for consideration and appropriate
<br />action. By letter of December 12, 1969, the Acting Executive Director
<br />of the WRC informed the Chairman, AWRBIAC, that the WRC concurred in
<br />AWRBIAC suggested changes in the Charter. The letter of December 12,
<br />1969, is' enclosed herewith. The Charter as submitted herewith is iden-
<br />tical to the one furnished AWRBIAC by correspondence dated December 30,
<br />1969.
