(Based on analysis of the USGS Report 83-4ZZ0 entitled 'A Method for Estimating GrOund-Water Return Flow to the <br />AZ Lower Colorado River in the Yuma Areal) <br />AZ (E) Additional unmeasured amounts of return fLows from the Yuma Mesa Irrigation and Drainage District, 'Unit BI, the Cocopah Indian <br />AZ Reservation, and the Yuma County Water Users Association (YCWUA) are utilized to meet consumptive Uses in the United States end in <br />AZ partial satisfaction of the Mexican Treaty obligation. Some of thes underground flows are recovered by pumping from wells on the <br />AZ Cocopah Indian Reservation and in the YCWVA area, and by some of the surface drains in the YCWUA area.
