<br />The Upper Colorado River Basin Qcmrpact. in turn. allocates 51.75
<br />perqent to the State of Colorado. AssW1!ing 7,500,000 acre-feet
<br />available to the Upper Basin, Colorado's share would be 3,855,375
<br />acre-feet. The present consumptive use of use of Colorado River
<br />water in Colorado and the estimated future uses by authorized
<br />projects total about 1.6dO,OQO acre-feet. This leaves about
<br />2,300,000 acre-fee~ annually of Colorado's share of Oolorado
<br />.
