(11) Nothing in this Act shal 1 be construed to alter, amend, <br />repeal, modify, or be in conflict with th0 provisions of, the Colorado River <br />Compact (<15 Sti'lt. 10S'l), tr.c UpP8r Colorado RI'..'~r Basin Compact (G3 Slat. <br />31), the Water Treaty of 194,1 with the United I\lexican States (Treaty Series <br />. 99<1; 59 Stat. 1219), the decree entered hy the Supreme Court of the United <br />States in Arizona against California and others (37G U. S. 340), or, except <br />as otherwise pro'vided herein, the Boulder Canyon Project Act (<15 Stdt. 1057), <br />the Boulder CanyclIl Project Adjustment Act (5'1 Slelt, 774; 43 lJ .S.C. 618a) <br />or t~e Colorado River Stor11ge Project Act (70 Stat, 105; <13 U . S. ~. 620). <br /> <br />(b) The Secretary is directed to-- <br /> <br />(1) make reports ,as to the annual consumptive uses and <br />losses of water from the Colorauo River system after each suc- <br />cessive five-year period, begi~ning with the five-year period <br />starting on October 1, 1970. Such reports shall include a detailed <br />breakdown of the beneficial con~umptive use of water on a State- <br />by-Slate basis. Specific figures on quantilies consumptively <br />used from the major tributary streilms flowing into the Colorado <br />River shall also be included on a State-by-State basis. Such <br />reports shall be prepared in consultation With the Stutes of the <br />lower busin indivicl'uillly and with the Upper Colorado River <br />Commission, and shall, be transmitted to the PreSident, the <br />Congress. and to the Governors o[ each Slate signatory to the <br />Colorado River Compact; and <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />. , <br /> <br />(2) condition all contracts for the delivery o[ water <br />originiJtin<] in the dr6inilge busin 0: the Colorildo River system <br />upon the availability of water under the Colorado River Compuct. <br /> <br />(c) All Feeler,,] officers ancl <Jgcncies are cI irect,"d to comply with <br />the applicable provisio!ls of this Act, and of the luws. treaty, compclcts, <br />
