Accomplishment ofFY 02 Tasks and Deliverables: <br /> <br />A draft EA was prepared March 11,2002, The comment period ended April 12,2002, A <br />separate biological assessment was prepared in August 2000, The Biological Opinion was <br />finalized with an incidental take statement and Recovery Agreements were signed on November <br />6, 2002, <br /> <br />Design specifications for the bypass channel are complete, Design for the fish screen is <br />50 percent complete, <br /> <br />Work is on-going to resolve land ownership issues and once they are resolved the FONSI <br />will be prepared and issued, After the FaNS!, work will begin on the required 404 permits, An <br />agreement with the State Historic Preservation Officer is also underway, <br /> <br />VII, Recommendations: Reclamation will proceed with the design and construction of the fish <br />screen structure, <br /> <br />VIII, Project Status: Scheduled for construction in FY 2003 <br /> <br />IX. FY 02 Budget Status <br /> <br />A, Funds Provided: $302,593 <br />B, Funds Expended: $302,593 <br />C. Difference: $ 0 <br />B.
