Of the total allocation, approximately <br />$2,015,500 would be paid by the irrigators, $750,000 from ad valorem tax <br />revenues, and $15,158,500 from the Upper Colorado River Basin Fund. Pay- <br />ments by the irrigators would be made at the rate of approximately $40,310 <br />annually.
