The COMSAT Program was used extensively and was found to be <br />quite valuable, although some improvement is still needed in communicating <br />the latest shifts to the COMSAT. <br /> <br />A 11 deli veri es to Kansas were made on schedul e, and the Secretary <br />had excellent cooperation from Kansas Water Resources in Garden City. <br /> <br />During the year, State hydrographers made a total of 32 stream <br />measurements on the Compact gauges and a total of 323 visits or personal <br />gauge readings to verify gauge heights or make estimates of ice <br />affected flows. <br /> <br />Also enclosed in this Report is a table showing the computed inflow <br />.to John Martin..
