The first release is summarized as follows: <br /> <br />Summary of Release (April 1 0, 2002 - April 19, 2002) <br />(From April 22, 2002 letter in Section 3) <br /> <br />Release from Kansas Storage Charge subaccount = 492.09 acre-feet <br /> <br />Release from Kansas Consumable Water subaccount = <br />109,93+382,14+357,06 = 849,13 acre-feet <br /> <br />Release from Colorado Downstream Consumable Water subaccount = <br />198,35+396,70+396,70+286,77+14,56+15,99+12,92+5.42+5.43+3,92 = 1336,76 acre-feet <br /> <br />Release from Return Flow/Return Flow Transit Loss subaccounts = <br />306,62+391,27+103,68 = 801,57 acre-feet <br /> <br />Total quantity released = 3479,55 acre-feet <br /> <br />Credit for Colorado Consumptive Use Water <br /> <br />0,7753 x 1336.76 (Consumptive Use Water) = 1036 acre-feet credit <br /> <br />The second release is summarized as follows: <br /> <br />Summary of Release (Julv 1. 2002 - Julv 4, 2002) <br />(From July 24, 2002 letter in Section 3) <br /> <br />Release from Kansas Storage Charge subaccount = 0 acre-feet <br /> <br />Release from Kansas Consumable Water subaccount = 0 acre-feet <br /> <br />Release from Colorado Downstream Consumable Water subaccount = <br />367,10+793.40+793.40+55.12 = 2009,02 acre-feet <br /> <br />Total quantity released = 2009.02 acre-feet <br /> <br />Credit for Colorado Consumptive Use Water <br /> <br />0.9141 x 2009 (Consumptive Use Water) = 1836 acre-feet credit <br /> <br />Section 3 of this report provides copies of the letters reporting each delivery of water to the <br />Offset Account as required by paragraph 3 of the Amended Resolution and copies of the <br />letters reporting each release of water from the Offset Account. <br /> <br />Section 4 of this report provides copies of the monthly letters reporting Colorado pumping <br />and Offset Account operations that were prepared and submitted in accordance with <br />paragraph 12 of the Amended Resolution. <br /> <br />At 2400 hours, October 31,2002 the Offset Account contained 8318.37 acre-feet. <br /> <br />The Colorado State Engineer and the Kansas Chief Engineer have coordinated Offset <br />Account operations successfully through their respective delegates throughout the year. <br />Colorado continues to solicit suggestions and desires to fully discuss any measures that might <br />
