He has also run the ground water model used by Thornton in the Northern Colorado water supply proje<.'t. This same aquifer may be used for storage by Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District. Mr. Foster will review and evaluate this part of the Southern Water Supply Project. Eric Seanger (HRS) in his role as hydrogeologist will perform analyses related to the Conjunctive Use of Nontributary Groundwater and Beebe Draw Project. He will assist Messrs. Palumbo and Foster in the development and interpretation of data. Frank Weber (HRS), Computer Database Specialistffechnician, will work on all HRS involvement where technician work is required. He will also assist Jeff Foster with any model runs which are carried out and will be involved with any required computer-produced figures, exhibits, and visuals. Patrick Mulhern (Mulhern MRE) will have a major role in the Conjunctive Use special studies and will work with Mark Palumbo of HRS. Mr. Mulhern will build upon his previous work for Arapahoe County and will focus on the facilities, service area, and groundwater/surface water interaction aspects of the conjunctive use investigations. He will participate in meetings with current and existing groundwater users and in project scoping meetings with CWCB personnel. Brent Spron1c (SWE) will assist in the scoping and refinement of the Barr Lake aspects of the Project work plan, the yield and operations analysis related to the Barr Lake Plan, and analysis of water quality data. He will also serve in a review capacity of the description of Barr Lake system operations. Dale Book (SWE) will assist in the data summarization for the Barr Lake System and drafting technical memoranda and relevant ponions of the repon. Doug Clements (SWE) will assist with analysis and interpretation of the records and various agreements associated with the Barr Lake System. Greg Sullivan (SWE) will assist with the compilation and analysis of data for the Barr Lake System. Skip Kerr (ECI) will participate in the initial project scoping; the establishment of facility planning, costing, and financial criteria; and the overall QA/QC for the facilities/financial analysis. Cun Thompson (ECI) will lead the efforts for the facilities/financial analysis, including facility locations, cost estimates and economic analysis. Joe Bergquist (ECI) will determine facility locations and alignments, and will prepare cost estimates and economic analyses. Organization Chart The organization, management and conduct of the Project is illustrated in attached Exhibit A, Project Organization Chart, which also shows the major involvements of individual team members in each Project task.
