While the Project envisions an informal and collaborative development process, in
order to ensure clear communications and decision making a State Project Leader and a TSC
chairperson should be designated.

Organizational Structure of the Project Team

Hydrosphere will act as the prime contractor and managing consultant and will have
primary responsibilities in the major focus areas of Scoping, Modeling and Opponunities
Evaluation. Hydrosphere will also oversee the Information Development focus area and will
take a primary role in the lnformation(fools Inventory and Northern Special Studies tasks.

HRS will work on the major groundwater aspects of the Project. These aspects include
the alluvial groundwater components of the Barr Lake Special Studies and the Denver Basin
aquifer aspects of the Conjunctive Use Special Studies focusing on Arapahoe and Douglas
Counties.
