Hinderliderl <br /> <br />Your wire of the 25th is received and I am <br />pleased to learn that Major Persons will recommend to <br />Colonel Rosenberg that the commencement of releases of <br />stored water be delayed until March 15 and that the <br />reservoir be emptied by !lay 1 instead of April 1. <br /> <br />If Colonel Rosenberg consents, then I think <br />we should plan to meet at the Area Engineer's Office <br />prior to March 15 to work out With the We Department <br />people matters relating to the rate of release of the <br />water.
