WITNESS LIST

The City of Louisville intends to call the following witnesses
at the Stream Classifications hearing in Fort Collins on-July 21,
1980:

1. Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator, City of Louisville,
Colorado. Mr. Wurl will testify concerning the general nature
of Coal Creek and the City of Louisville.

2. Noel Hobbs, P.E., Rocky Mountain Consultants, Inc.,
Denver, Colorado. Mr. Hobbs will testify concerning stream flows
in Coal Creek, the costs to the City of Louisville to treat for
ammonia, and ammonia levels in Coal Creek.

3. Dr. William M. Lewis, Jr., Limnologist, University
of Colorado, Boulder, Colorado. Mr. Lewis will testify concerning
ammonia concentrations in Coal Creek, fish populations in Coal
Creek, and habitat conditions within Coal Creek.

4. Adolph Bohlender, LaSalle, Colorado, President, Farmers
Reservoir and Irrigation Company (owners of Marshall Lake and
the Community Ditch). Mr. Bohlender will testify concerning operation
of Marshall Lake and the Community Ditch and the attendant inter-
mittent stream flows.

5. Tom Fisher, LaSalle, Colorado, former superintendent
of the Farmers Reservoir and Irrigation Company. Mr. Fisher will
testify concerning intermittent stream flows in Coal Creek.

6. Maynard Ludwig, Eldorado Springs, Colorado, assistant
superintendent for the Marshall Lake Division of the Farmers
Reservoir and Irrigation Company. Mr. Ludwig will testify concerning
intermittent stream flows in Coal Creek.

7. Tom Platt, Boulder, Colorado, former Water Commissioner
for Water District No.6, State of Colorado. Mr. Platt will testify
concerning intermittent stream flows in Coal Creek.

8. Ernie Ward, Lafayette, Colorado, present Water Commissioner
for Water District No.6, State of Colorado. Mr. Ward will testify
concerning intermittent stream flows in Coal Creek.
