Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator, City of Louisville, <br />Colorado. Mr. Wurl will testify concerning the general nature <br />of Coal Creek and the City of Louisville. <br /> <br />2. Noel Hobbs, P.E., Rocky Mountain Consultants, Inc., <br />Denver, Colorado. Mr. Hobbs will testify concerning stream flows <br />in Coal Creek, the costs to the City of Louisville to treat for <br />ammonia, and ammonia levels in Coal Creek. <br /> <br />3. Dr. William M. Lewis, Jr., Limnologist, University <br />of Colorado, Boulder, Colorado. Mr. Lewis will testify concerning <br />ammonia concentrations in Coal Creek, fish populations in Coal <br />Creek, and habitat conditions within Coal Creek. <br /> <br />4. Adolph Bohlender, LaSalle, Colorado, President, Farmers <br />Reservoir and Irrigation Company (owners of Marshall Lake and <br />the Community Ditch). Mr. Bohlender will testify concerning operation <br />of Marshall Lake and the Community Ditch and the attendant inter- <br />mittent stream flows. <br /> <br />5. Tom Fisher, LaSalle, Colorado, former superintendent <br />of the Farmers Reservoir and Irrigation Company. Mr. Fisher will <br />testify concerning intermittent stream flows in Coal Creek. <br /> <br />6. Maynard Ludwig, Eldorado Springs, Colorado, assistant <br />superintendent for the Marshall Lake Division of the Farmers <br />Reservoir and Irrigation Company. Mr. Ludwig will testify concerning <br />intermittent stream flows in Coal Creek. <br /> <br />7. Tom Platt, Boulder, Colorado, former Water Commissioner <br />for Water District No.6, State of Colorado. Mr. Platt will testify <br />concerning intermittent stream flows in Coal Creek. <br /> <br />8. Ernie Ward, Lafayette, Colorado, present Water Commissioner <br />for Water District No.6, State of Colorado.
