<br />AmeriGa, for the purposes of the equitable apportionment and

<br />river, shall hereafter be considered to consist of two divisions
<br />~Ihich are. hereby designated as 'l;he Upper Division and the LO~Ter
<br />Diviliion respectively. .. ,
