Compliance with All Applicable Regulations <br />Subdivision regulations typically require that plats <br />comply with all applicable state and local regulations. These <br />may include state subdivision control statutes, state adminis- <br />trative regulations, local subdivision control ordinances, <br />" <br /> <br />local zoning, master plans, official maps and possibly other <br />requirements. Courts have, generally upheld these require- <br />ments.54 <br />
