,~ automatically will vest within a reasonable, definite
'i~ time; (3) appropriately limit the uses of the common
property; (4) give each owner the right to the use and
enjoyment of the common property; (5) place responsi-
bility for operation and maintenance of the common
property in the homes assooiation; (6) place an association
charge on each unit owner in a manner which will (a) assure
sufficient association funds; (b) provide adequate safe-
guards for the OWners against undesirably high charges;
(7) give each o\mer voting rights in the association."
