<br />tional I:xJundary near San Luis, Arizona, and 3) Wellton-M:>hawk drainage waters rreasured at the
<br />southerly international rolli1dary. It is the sum of Col1.lI1U1S (1) + (5).

<br />slough in Mexi= via a concrete lined canal. .
