<br />01781 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AMP program. In FY 2005, GCMRC will finalize a test 2 year science plan <br />(FY200612007). <br /> <br />. In FY 2006 GCMRC will develop procedures for the first "Two Year <br />Comprehensive Science Work Plan" that contains all GCD AMP science <br />programs i,e., all research, development and monitoring activities and all <br />resource requirements. <br /> <br />[mplementing science and management in the Comprehensive Science Plan for <br />FY 2007/2008. This effort will require approval for the following sub-strategies by <br />AMWG and GCMRC for FY 2005/2006. <br /> <br />. In FY 2005 AMWG approval of the following GCMRC Plans are necessary: <br />Core Monitoring Plan (10 years) and Strategic Plan (5 years), Also, in FY <br />2005 the AMWG Ad Hoc committees draft HBC and draft LTEP plans must <br />be approved by AMWG. <br /> <br />. In FYs 2005/2006 AMWG must approve a process to develop a "Two Year <br />Comprehensive Science Work Plan" for FY 2007/2008, including all criteria <br />and protocol for program and budget approvals. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. In FY 2006 AMWG must approve the following final GCMRC Collaborative <br />Science Plans: "Long Tenn Experimental Plan" (LTEP) and "Two Year (FY <br />2007,2008) Comprehensive Science Work Plan." AMWG must also approve <br />revisions to the LTEP and CMP that directly address HBC research and <br />development, and monitoring needs approved in the AMWG Ad Hoc draft <br />HBC Plan. <br /> <br />. In FY 200512006 GCMRC will commission the Science Advisors to assist in <br />development of a science integration strategy and strategy for effective status- <br />of-knowledge assessments to support science implementation. AMWG's <br />LTEP and HBC Ad Hoc Committees will develop reports of required actions <br />by GCMRC, and GCMRC will develop the science basis for the Long Tenn <br />Experimental Plan and incorporate HBC specified needs in both the L TEP and <br />CMP. ' <br /> <br />.
