At that time, the conServation pool was empty. The reservoir con- <br />tained 280,952.00 a.t. This water was clistributed as follows: 271,792.27 a.t. <br />in Agreement accounts, and 9,159.73 a.f. in the Recreation Pool. Winter Stor- <br />age ended at 2400 hours, March 31, 1986. During this period a total of <br />76,007.58 a.f. was stored. This water was allocated to various accounts as <br />specified in the Operating Plan, adopted by the Arkansas River Compact Adminis- <br />tration on April 14, 1980. This year marked the first time that the. State of <br />Kansas has called for release from their account during a Winter Storage per- <br />iod. The Kansas release was begun on March 21 @2200 hours. The following <br />tables reflect the status of various accounts during Winter storage. <br />
