The stream depletion attributable to <br /> <br />the Juniper project under this plan would be assigned to the states <br /> <br />of. Colorado and Utah as a part of their allotments under terms of <br /> <br />the Upper Colorado River Compact. Based on the assumption that <br /> <br />each of the two, states would bear a share of the project total <br /> <br />stream depletion in proportion to the irrigated project land in <br /> <br />each state, the,State of Colorado would be allocated 32 percent <br /> <br />of the depletion and Utah 68 percent. <br /> <br />Construction costs allocated to irrigation would be reimburs- <br /> <br />able on an interest-free basis in accordance with reclamation law. <br /> <br />The construction costs allocated to power, including interest during <br /> <br />construction, estimated at 2.936 percent, would be reimbursable. <br /> <br />Botb the irrigation and power construction costs would be l'(ep"yable <br /> <br />15 <br />
