A catalog of the water development <br />options considered as part of the <br />study. In this section each of the <br />options will be assessed according <br />to the following measures: <br /> <br />a. the "goals" <br />b. the probable cost of the option <br />c. environmental considerations <br />d. technical feasibility <br />e. benefits <br />f. potential role in basin <br />management <br /> <br />~ ) <br />_~ ~.t" <br />lJ\>,\ <br /> <br />3.) The report should also include <br />a separate section on a basin <br />management scheme (s). This section <br />should describe the major basin <br />management options vis-:,a-vis' 'existing <br />and anticipated water development <br />conflicts. <br /> <br />o The study will be organized in a way that will encourage <br />public involvement. To promote communications between the <br />contractor and the public a group of respected citizens <br />will be named to a panel. The, panel will act as liaison <br />between the contractor and the public primarily by exchanging <br />information between the two. The panel will also assure <br />that all well developed water options, which are presented <br />to the panel and thereby the contractor, receive due <br />consideration by the contractor. <br />
