D. 67 <br />The sum of diversions by all ditches and canals in Colorado <br />Water District 67, as defined by Article III, Paragraph G of <br />the Arkansas River Compact. <br /> <br />Computed with no lag between the time of release of water from <br />the reservoir and the time of diversions of the Ft. Bent and <br />Keesee canals; one-day lag time for diversions by the Amity, <br />Lamar and Hyde canals; and, two-day lag time for diversions by <br />the remaining 5 canals in Water District 67. <br /> <br />Column 19 - Reported Colorado Demands <br />The requests for releases as made by the authorized representa- <br />tive of the water users in Colorado. <br /> <br />Column 20 - Stateline Flow <br />The sum of the discharges in second-feet of the Arkansas River <br />near Coolidge and the Frontier Ditch near Coolidge as deter- <br />mined by the U. S.
