This letter reports the monthly pwnping in excess
of Colorado's pre-Compact entitlement, Colorado's monthly accounting of Compact compliance,
and the status of water delivered to the Offset Account, all during the month of January, 2000.
Also, a corrected table showing remaining depletions to usable Stateline flow for December,
1999 is provided,

Table I shows the amount ofpwnping during the month of January, 2000 by irrigation weIls
pwnping from the Valley Fill Aquifer and surficial aquifers along the Arkansas River between
Pueblo and the Stateline, as weIl as the corresponding wellhead depletions, by user group.
