Three video flights were taken in 1996, but a large <br />backlog of video and insufficient funds to complete the <br />interpretation means that the video have still not been interpreted. <br />The Instream-Flow Coordinator prioritized the different projects <br />requiring video interpretation and moved several projects ahead of <br />the Colorado River flow recommendations. The video still remains to <br />be interpreted, but heavy project scheduling and lack of Program <br />funding to the video lab means that it can not be completed in the <br />near future, if at all. <br /> <br />VII.
