The ColoradO River BaSIn Salinity Control
Forum believes that the Salinity Control Act
as nOW' amended prOVlQes the autnonty lor
the pun;urt 01 salinity OO(1!rol measures,
pnmarily by the Department of the Interior
and the [)epartmoot 01 Agli,....ulture. thaI will
allow for the necessary salinity controls on
the river to be put In place through the year

PublIC Law 96-569 amends the prOVlSIQf1S
