The Drincipal oonclu",ion in the report i8- "Any ad- <br />ditional diversion or stora69 in tha Rio Grande drainage area in Colorado is prae- <br />tically all lost to the Rio Grande in New Mexico, and for the reaeon the known <br />amount of water required for storage in the proposed Enzla reservoir having already <br />been determi.ned, there ehould l)il no further diversion or s.torage allowed." <br />
