<br />River llbove the town of Heeker, lifted about 700 feet to the alignment of
<br />the Yellow Jacket Canal. This lift would serve municipal and industrial
<br />water needs in the Coal Creek vicinity and provide irrigation water for
<br />the Little Bellver area. Fishery flows '-Culd be maintained below both
<br />reservoirs and the pump lift.

<br />Munic~pal and industrial water requirements in tbe Piceance Creek Basin
<br />would be met by pumpi,ng out of the Powell Park Reserwir.
