October 10. 1995 <br /> <br />Call to Order <br /> <br />9:10 a.m. <br /> <br />A special meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board was held at the Holiday Inn <br />at Craig, Colorado. The meeting was called to order at 9:10 a.m. on Tuesday, October <br />10, 1995, by Chairperson David Harrison. Nine voting members were present so there <br />was a quorum (at least six required). Board members present were Eric Kuhn, Patricia <br />Wells, David Harrison, Jim Lochhead, David Smith, Ray Werner, Ray Wright, David <br />Meyring and Alan Hamel. Also present were Jennifer Gimbel from the Attorney <br />General's Office, Will Burt from the State Engineer's Office, Tom Nessler from the <br />Division of Wildlife and Chuck Lile2 <br /> <br />I, In stream Flow Program - Preliminary Notices <br />Tape 2, Start/Stop: 0561 - 0890 <br />Action: David Smith made a motion that the Board accept the staff <br />recommendation that the 3 Instream Flow recommendations be advanced <br />to Final Notice Status. The motion was seconded by Ray Werner and <br />approved unanimously (9-0). <br /> <br />Endangered Fish Recovery ISF Water Rights <br /> <br />JA complete record of the meeting has been made on audio cassette tapes. The tapes and the associated staff memoranda are the only legal <br />record of the meeting. These written summaries are intended only as an aid to research and a guide to the tapes. The motions described herein <br />may not necessarily represent a verbatim transcription. Agenda items are presented in numerical order, according to the Agenda for the meeting. <br />Tape numbers and approximate locations are identified for the beginning and end of each agenda item. <br /> <br />These tapes are available for listening at the CWCB during regular office hours. Members recusing themselves are identified.
