Instream Flow Program - Preliminary Notices (9:00-9: 15) <br />The staffwill present preliminary instreamflow recommendations on the following streams and ask <br />the Board to advance the recommendations to Final Notice Status, <br /> <br />a. Water Division 1: Clear Creek County; Mill Creek <br />b. Water Division 2: Fremont and Teller Counties; Texas Creek, Tallahassee Creek, Currant <br />Creek, Fourmile Creek. <br />c, Water Division 5: Eagle, Garfield, Mesa and Routt Counties; Red Dirt Creek, Egeria Creek, <br />Norman Creek, Castle Creek, West Fork Sheep Creek, Carr Creek, Roan Creek, <br /> <br />II. Endangered Fish Recovery ISF Water Right (9:16-4:00) <br />The CWCB will review the purpose and need for appropriation of endangered fish recovery <br />instream flows including the following topics: <br /> <br />a. Recovery Program Background <br />b, Fish and Wildlife Service Flow Recommendations <br />c. Physical Water Availability Studies <br />d. Legal Water Availability Studies <br />e.
