<br />0; <br />.... <br /> <br />Cij <br /> <br />...,.-=! <br />I.._J <br />(~:J <br /> <br />RECORDS OF DELIVERIES AND RELEASES <br /> <br />At the Annual Meeting of the Compact Commission in February <br />of each year, the records of deliveries and releases for the <br />year just ended are examined and the COOlputations of debits and <br />credits based thereon are reviewed and fonnally adopted. The <br />records and computations for 19S1 as adopted by the Commission <br />are reproduced on the next three pages. <br /> <br />The delivezy of water in the Rio Grande at the Colorado - <br />New Mexico state line was obtained from records of stream now <br />adjusted in accordance with the provisions of Article III of the <br />Compact: the obligation of Colorado to deliver water at the state, <br />line was computed as prescribed in Article III. The Reduction <br />of Credits, item c6, prescribed in Article VI, was computed in <br />accordance with the Rules and Regulations. <br /> <br />Th3 delivery of water by New Mexico to Project Storage was <br />computed from actual stream now record and record of operation <br />of Elephant Butte Reservoir and was adjusted as prescr:lhed in <br />Article IV of the Compact; the scheduled delivery was computed <br />as prescribed in the Resolution of the Commission adopted at the <br />Tenth Annual Meeting, and published in this Report. Item NM4, <br />.Reduction of debits by Evaporation, is in accordance with the <br />provisions of the last paragraph of Article VI of the Compact <br />and by the Rules and Regulations. <br /> <br />The actual release from Project Storage during the year was <br />measured at stations below Caballo Dam: the Actual Net Evaporation <br />Loss and Evaporation Loss if No Departure were computed as provided <br />in Article VI of the Compact am by the Rules and Regulations. <br /> <br />.," <br />
