<br />APPENDIX "C-2" <br />Resolution <br /> <br />CONCERNING <br />WATER FOR THE JOHN MARTIN <br />RESERVOIR PERMANENT POOL <br /> <br />Be it resolved by the Arkansas Riyer Compact Administration that <br />water imported into the Arkansas River basin from the Colorado River <br />basin in western Colorado is hereby approved as an additional source <br />of water supply, subject to the August 14, t976, resolution of the <br />Compact Administration, for the permanent recreation pool in John <br />Martin Reservoir provided that adequate transit losses are charged <br />during its detivery, which losses shall be determined by the Division <br />Engineer for Division 2, Colorado Division of Water Resources. <br />Entered this 15th day of April, 1980, during a special telephonic <br />meeting. <br /> <br />/s/ Frank G.
