It is the fifth report of the Selected Water <br />~ights Issues policy study. <br /> <br />Four policy alternatives related to how riparian rights could be addressed <br />are analyzed in this report. The Commission's recommended course of action is <br />also provided and can be found on the blue pages immediately following the Table <br />of Contents. <br /> <br />It i~ the hope of the Natural Resources Commi~sion that this report will be <br />helpful in making policy decisions, and, if necessary, statutory changes.
