<br />r, <br /> <br />3415 <br /> <br />~ r ~ ' <br /> <br />(vi i) <br />a rea and <br /> <br />Detail the present zoning of the land in the development <br />source development area; <br /> <br />(viii) Detail the agricultural productivity capability of the <br />land in the development area and source development area (SCS classifi- <br />cation); <br /> <br />(ix) Specify how the proposed development will utilize existing <br />easements or rights-of-way for new associated distribution of collector <br />networks; <br /> <br />(x) Specify if excess service capabilities created by the pro- <br />posed development will generate sprawl or strip development; <br /> <br />(xi) Specify whether the demand for this project is associated <br />with development within or contiguous to existing service areas; <br /> <br />(b) Water Resources: <br /> <br />(i) Describe and indicate on an appropriate map relevant <br />surface water bodies (streams, lakes and reservoirs) and groundwater <br />aquifers in the area and their uses. Describe the potential effects <br />of the proposed project on the above-detailed water feature' incl udin, <br />the effects on present water quality and current uses; <br /> <br />(ii) On the same or another appropriate map indicate any floodplain <br />associated with the proposed development. Documentation of historical <br />flooding activity should be included. Detail potential adverse impacts of <br />associated floodplain; <br /> <br />(iii) Describe the potential adverse effects of the proposed <br />development upon plant and animal life dependent upon the water <br />resources in question; <br /> <br />(iv) The applicant will present technical material describing and <br />quantifying the impact the proposed development will have upon salinity, <br />or Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in the Colorado River, and shall formulate <br />and propose a plan for the mitigation of such impacts. The Permit <br />Authority shall apply the follm.ling standards for the determination <br />of compliance with this subsection: <br /> <br />- 45 - <br />
