If you wish to be included in the winter <br />water replacement plan and did not send in a preapplication, please <br />fill out the attached form and return it to the UVWUA office by <br />November 3D, 1984. You will then be personally contacted to determine <br />your specific needs. <br /> <br />We emphasize that this information will be used in the preparation of a <br />cost estimate to replace the winter flows in the canals and laterals. <br />Your cooperation is needed so that the cost estimate will reflect your <br />rights and ensure adequate funding if the program were implemented. <br />The replacement program will not begin until approved by the members of <br />the Uncompahgre Valley Water Users Association and authorized by <br />Congress. <br /> <br />If you have any questions about the inventory or about the winter water <br />replacement study in general, please call the Bureau of Reclamation, <br />242-8621, extension 352. <br /> <br /> <br />lncke1 <br />rojects Manager <br /> <br />Attachment <br /> <br />6'n 87 i <br /> <br />""'-'." <br />
