This part includes the <br />necessary supplementary information to meet these requirements. <br /> <br />SENATE RESOLUTION 148 <br /> <br />The information required by Senate Resolution 148 is contained in <br />subsequent sections under ten separate headings listed in the resolution. <br />Although additional economic evaluation is required, a major portion of <br />the requirements have been met during the regular planning process and <br />appear elsewhere in this report. Such information has not been repeated, <br />but is cited by reference to the appropriate section of the report. <br /> <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />"( 1) Complete description of the project, including an estimate <br />of the economic life of the major project facility." <br /> <br />A complete description of the unit and plan of development is <br />given in Part IV, "Plan of Developnent." The major feature of the plan <br />is Narrows Dam and Reservoir and the acquisition of the existing Jackson <br />Lake complex. These facilities would have an economic life in excess <br />of 100 years. <br /> <br />COST ESTIMATES <br /> <br />"(2) Estimated costs of construction, operation, maintena.nce, and <br />replacement, together with a plain and succinct statement of the basis <br />upon which all such estimates are made." <br /> <br />The estimated costs a.nd the basis for the estimates are presented <br />in Part IV, "Plan of Development." <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />109 <br />
